GEEE | Galogotia Engineering Entrance Examination 2019


Galgotias University, being a very renowned and recognized institution located in Greater Noida conducts Galogotia Engineering Entrance Examination(GEEE) for a number of courses including B.Tech. , even integrated programs of B.Tech and MBA. Galgotias University conducts GEEE usually in the month of May and June every year.


In order to be eligible for GEEE 2018, all the applicants are required to fulfill each necessary condition for appearing into the exam. The eligibility criteria for GEEE are as follows:

1. Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board or university with at least 50% marks in the compulsory subjects of PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology).
2. Candidates who are heading towards appearing into final examination of class 12th in March 2018 are also eligible to apply for the GEEE 2018.
3. Candidate should be a resident of India i.e. an Indian citizen status is must.


The pattern for the GEEE 2018 exam as prescribed on the website of Galogotia University is as follows:

1. GEEE 2018 is an offline test based on the PBT format.
2. The exam consists of objective type questions. In short, multiple choices of answers for every question will be given.
3. Majority of the questions are based on either State Board Curriculum or CBSE Board curriculum.
4. The whole paper is divided into 3 sections namely – Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. Each section consists of 30 questions comprising 1 of mark each.
5. No negative marking scheme is followed and therefore a big relief for aspiring students.
6. The mode of examination will be English and the time duration given for the exam will be 1.5 hours or 90 minutes.
7. Once the results of the GEEE 2018 exam are announced, an offline counseling session will be conducted by the Galgotias University for the allotment of the seats to the deserving candidates on the basis of rank and score earned in the exam.
