Computer Aided Design/ Computer Aided Manufacturing is shortly termed as CAD/CAM. This two-year postgraduate degree course basically refers to computer software that is used in both designing and manufacturing of a product.
The usage of CAD is for designing purpose like Architecture, Interior, Landscape, Duct, Electronic Circuit, Textile, Product, etc. Whereas CAM is a computer software tool that assists in manufacturing. The program also provides knowledge about solving engineering and manufacturing problems using computer and scientific principles.
Eligibility Criteria :Applicants should have a graduate degree B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Manufacturing/ Production/Aerospace/ Industrial/ Marine/Aeronautical Engineering, with high percentage marks along with a valid GATE score.
