Course Details :

Anything that moves is a machine. Mechanical Engineering is a branch of engineering that deals with designing, production and operation of tools, machines and their products. It’s the earliest and the most expansive branch of engineering. Mechanical engineering is interlinked with other forms of engineering namely aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, metallurgical engineering, chemical engineering and manufacturing engineering.

Eligibility :

The selection in B.E/B.Tech degree is on the basis of entrance exams and 12th standard marks in PCM (physics, chemistry, and maths. The entrance exam of IIT’s is JEE and of other major institutes is BITSAT, VITEEE, etc.

The M.Tech degree requires one to possess B.E/B.Tech degree with good GATE scores. M.Tech provides specialization in Mechanical Systems Design & Thermal Energy, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Mechanical Handling and Automation, Environmental Engineering.
