Course Details :

Industrial Engineering and Management means managing the Industrial Process. Or more specifically, it is a combination of engineering and management science. This engineering course teaches about the various methods of management and efficient utilization of resources in the industrial process. The working of the concerned organizations requires up to date knowledge of scientific theories. Thus the program also aims at the development of the company. Managing the company and its resources in the time of prosperity and austere time also fall under the study of this degree course.

Eligibility Criteria :
For B. Tech
  1. 12th standard with minimum 50% marks (in PCM i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics group), from recognized board.
  2. A Score in an Entrance Exam i.e. JEE (depending upon the institute they have opted for) is also considered.
Note:

Entrance Exams for IITs & NITs is JEE whereas some institutes have their own entrance exams to be conducted.

For M. Tech :-

Applicants for M. Tech should have a graduate degree in B.E. / B. Tech degree with a valid GATE score.

  • B. E. / B. Tech. - 4years
  • M. E. / M. Tech. - 2years
