College Details :

It was the first IIT established by the Government of India through IIT Act. It is also recognized as the Institute of National Importance by Indian Government. Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur has the largest campus among the IITs. It is spread across 2200 acres and it is located 120 kilometers west of Kolkata in West Bengal, India. The campus is has world class infrastructure and facilities with more than 20 residential hostels for students. It also has strong student council too. IIT, Kharagpur also organizes festival like Spring Fest which is a cultural fest and Kshitij which is Asia’s Largest Techno Management Festival.

IIT Kharagpur BTech Admission :

IIT KGP provides BTech in 15 professional fields. Admission to the BTech program is based on your JEE Main and JEE Advanced ranks and counseling by the Joint Seat Allocation Agency (JoSAA). JoSAA 2020 registration and filling options usually start in online mode from the third week of June.
