Jaypee Institute of Information Technology has been declared as a "Deemed to be University". This status has been conferred to the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 in the year 2004. The Jaypee Institute of Information Technology was established at Noida in the year 2001. It is evaluated that JIIT’s state-of-the-art infrastructure comprises of and encapsulates environmentally conditioned campus, smart buildings with Wi-Fi access, interlinked Academic Block, Combined Business School as well as Research Block, Residential facility for faculty & students and healthy food joints including food halls for masses, often called as Annapurna. Jaypee Institute of Information Technology is equipped with a range of modern laboratories. Moreover, intellectually stocked Learning Resource Centre is also available which is stacked with books and E-Resources. In addition, the whole campus provides a pleasant and stimulating ambience to the students, faculty members and to all those who visit the institute.
Eligibility :- The first basis of the admission of the students to the institute is their 10+2 level subjects. They are supposed to pass their 12th standard with Science group of subjects, that is, PCM comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- Students are further diversified on the basis of entrance exam. The ones who clear JEE entrance test with desired ranks are admitted to B.Tech courses and the ones who clear the GATE entrance test with desired ranks are admitted to M.Tech courses.

Applicants can apply online click here and offline. Online form, candidates can fill out the form on the official JIIT website. For offline forms, the application form can be downloaded from the institute portal together with the manual. The application fees for the different courses are:
- B.Tech and M.Tech- Rs.1200/-
- Ph.D& MBA- Rs. 1000/-
- Separate application forms must be completed for all campuses.
- The online application fee can be paid by credit/debit card or online banking. For offline forms, the application fee must be paid via Demand Draft with "Jaypee College Admission Account paid in Delhi / Noida" as the beneficiary.
- After successful online payment of the Form, a hard copy of the completed application form should be sent to JIIT via Speed post or registered postal address:
