JAWAHARLAL NEHRU UNIVERSITY ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAM
JNU EEE often referred asJawaharlal Nehru University Engineering Entrance Exam, is a very reputed examination of the university. Being one of the highly preferred and famous universities of the nation, Jawaharlal Nehru University offers admissions to the major courses of engineering like M.Tech and so on through the established exam pattern of JNU EEE. The wide range of courses provided at the university isM.Tech. Computational and Systems Biology, B.A. Honors. (1st year in foreign language), MCA, M.A in economics, B.Tech, PhD, M.SC environmental science, M. Phil and B.A. Honors. (2nd year in foreign language)
Eligibility :Candidates are required to meet following eligibility criteria in order to be getting eligible for Jawaharlal Nehru University engineering entrance exam. The criteria are listed as per course work:
- Graduation – Applicants and candidates are supposed to obtain a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized board of education in 10+2.
- Post-Graduation - Applicants and candidates are supposed to obtain a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university or college in their 12+2+3.A minimum age of 17 years must have been acquired by the applicants before applying for this exam.
- Doctorate/Ph.D./M.Phil. – Applicants and candidates should have obtained a master degree in the selected branch of science. Through CSRI\UGC, candidates who have qualified in junior research fellowship can apply for the entrance. Even those students or aspirants can apply who possess a degree recognized by the Government council as MCI. The degree can be MBBS/BHMS or an equivalent one.
Pattern :
- Depending upon the degree or the level of exam taken, the questions will vary such as – for Ph.D.(analytical and critical appraisal type questions will be asked) and for B.Tech & M.Tech(multiple choice questions will be asked).
- The JNU EEE 2023 exam will be of 3 hours duration and from the subjects of science group of PCM. Since, the level of exam will be based on 10th so prospective students are advised to prepare thoroughly even the simple concepts.
- JNU EEE Exam will be conducted in English only.
- A negative marking scheme will be followed.
- The examination will be diversified into two streams or sections, i.e. –Technology stream and Life Science stream.
