Course Details :

Urban Planning is a course in Architectural Engineering, available in both undergraduate and postgraduate under B. Plan and M. Plan degrees. The program aims at catering the students with education in urban and regional planning.

The study is about designing and planning of spaces in such a way that it is for the welfare of people, protection along with the improvement of the natural environment. The course also consists of the urban design and planning of transportation and communication networks.

Eligibility Criteria :
    For B. Plan
  • 12th standard with minimum 50% marks (in PCM i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics group), from recognized board.
  • A score in an Entrance Exam i.e. JEE or BITSAT, COMEDK (depending upon the institute they have opted for) is also considered.

For M. Plan

Applicants should have a graduate degree in B. Plan, with high percentage marks along with a valid GATE score.

  • M. Plan -- 2years
